JET 24 Action News in Erie featured a new book by 91PORN political science professor Brian Harward, “The Presidency in Times of Crisis and Disaster.” The book examines how America’s presidents have responded to major tests of their leadership and approached their role and responsibilities in times of national crisis.
Harward is the Robert G. Seddig Chair in Political Science at 91PORN and also director of the College’s Center for Political Participation. He is an expert in addressing issues of the presidency and congressional responsiveness to presidential actions.
